ASTE greatly appreciates the businesses that make significant contributions to the ASTE Conference, our leveled Sponsors. Sponsorships provides additional support to the conference and receives special recognition for your generosity and impact on our ability to offer a meaningful learning experience for our members. As a nonprofit organization, ASTE is always in need of sponsorship of keynote speakers, lunches, coffee services, and other conference related materials and services. Sponsors will provide a negotiated level of support in cash with the balance made up of in-kind donations and services.
Sponsors are encouraged to provide a 4' x 10' or so sized banner that can be hung from the ceiling in the ASTE Exhibit Hall. The Hotel Captain Cook will hang the banners before the ASTE Conference begins, and as such all banners must be sent to the Hotel Captain Cook prior to Monday, February 18, 2013.
Platinum
Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $12,000 towards the ASTE conference.
ASTE will:
- Provide Advertising space on our web-site.
- Priority selection of four (4) Exhibitor Booths during the conference (at the current booth rate).
- Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters (must complete before booth setup).
- Provide up to four (4) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).
Gold
Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $8,000 towards the ASTE conference.
ASTE will:
- Provide Advertising space on our web-site.
- Priority selection of three (s) Exhibitor Booths during the conference (at the current booth rate).
- Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters (must complete before booth setup).
- Provide up to three (3) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).
Silver
Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $5,000 towards the ASTE conference.
ASTE will:
- Provide Advertising space on our web site.
- Priority selection of two (2) Exhibitor Booths during the conference (at the current booth rate).
- Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters (must complete before booth setup).
- Provide up to two (2) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).
Bronze
Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $1,000 towards the ASTE conference.
ASTE will:
- Provide Advertising space on our web site.
- Priority selection of one (1) Exhibitor Booth during the conference (at the current booth rate).
- Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters (must complete before booth setup).
- Provide up to one (1) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service. (Based on space available)
Associate Sponsor
Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $300 or in-kind contribution towards the ASTE conference, at the discretion of the Board.
ASTE will:
- Provide Advertising space + hyperlink on our web site on a secondary page.
- Distribute one (1) 8.5 X 11 inch pamphlet or brochure placed in the conference bag.
