Sunday Evening's Reception with Keynote Speakers @ 7:30 pm
Join us on the rooftop Quarter Deck to enjoy the panoramic views of the Inlet or mountains while mingling with friends, enjoying some hors d'oeuvres, and meeting the Sunday Keynote Speakers, Dr. Jason Ohler and Hall Davidson. Jason will be signing books available for purchase through the registration process, and Craig Harris, ASTE's Artist in Residence, will share a sampling of his music. Cash bar will be available.
Monday's Caucus Lunch @ 12:00 pm
We feed you when you come to ASTE, and the Caucus Lunch is no exception. Join fellow ASTE members from your region to provide input to the next conference while discussing issues of importance to Alaskans. Regional Caucus rooms will be announced on-site.
Monday's Exhibitor Reception @ 4:30 pm
An opportunity to meet the people and products connected with the many Exhibitors that help to make ASTE the dynamic and resource-rich event it is ~ all while enjoying a few hors d'oeuvres and networking time in the Quarter Deck. Cash bar will be available.
Monday's iDidaActivity Awards Night and Dinner Buffet @ 5:30 pm
Enjoy an evening of food and entertainment in the Discovery Ballroom as we celebrate the movies, photos, podcasts, and music from students and educators across the state. Don't miss your opportunity to vote for the People's Choice awards while eating a tasty dinner buffet. Cash bar will be available.
Tuesday's Exhibitor Showcase and Lunch @ 11:30 am
The Discovery Ballroom is the place to meet again with our Exhibitors, and see first hand the products and resources they offer to the ASTE membership. Grab some lunch while nourishing your mind with lots of great information to bring back with you.
Tuesday's Closing Ceremony Awards and Giveaways @ 4:15 pm
As the conference comes to a close our exhibitors award prizes from their drawings and provide door prizes, as well as the annual ASTE Technology Leadership Awards are given out to worthy student and adult recipients from around Alaska. The Red Boucher Scholarship recipient will also be announced during the conference.
