Sign up early for the lowest pricing. Discounts are also available for traveling on Alaska Air and staying at The Hotel Captain Cook.

Registration Fees

The new ASTE schedule offers hands-on sessions throughout the 4 Days of ASTE, so a pricing structure change had to be made this year. Through the registration process, ASTE members will select the days they plan to attend within the span of days of the ASTE Conference.

Please note: Registrations completed on or after February 19, 2013 are NOT eligible to receive meal function tickets.

All ASTE 2013 events will be held at The Hotel Captain Cook, located at 939 W. 5th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. Get the complete conference experience by staying with us at the Cook!

Online hotel reservations may be made via The Hotel Captain Cook's group reservations site. Enter ASTE2013 as the attendee password.

Discounted Travel to ASTE

Save 7% on your airfare to Anchorage when you travel between February 20 and March 1, 2013, on Alaska Airlines. Enter ECMU206 in the discount code field when booking online at www.alaskaair.com. Please note that blackout dates apply.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be emailed to registration@aste.org. Be sure to write "ASTE REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line. Refund requests will be subject to a $25 administrative fee, and those received after February 19, 2013, regardless of time sent, cannot be honored.

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION: Beginning on February 19, 2013, only late registration will be allowed, and existing registrations will be considered confirmed allowing registration materials to be printed and facility and meal arrangements to be finalized.

Prior to February 19, 2013, registrants may follow the link to their registration confirmation email to make changes to their own registration at any time. If any changes are made on or after February 19, 2013, the changes will not be considered valid unless facilitated by ASTE staff, which will require a $25 change fee.

Changes that require ASTE staff support at any time in the registration timeline will incur a $25 change fee.
