Join superintendents and principals from around Alaska for a day of immersion into best practices in leading in technology-rich environments. Participants will have a unique opportunity to gain information from national thought leaders in the field and apply concepts directly to school and district efforts. Come prepared to network with your colleagues while actively engaging in the process of evolving your school or district's visioning and implementation plans regarding the use of technology tools that foster deep learning of content.
Participants in the Leadership Summit are welcome to stay for the entire ASTE conference (Saturday, February 25th - Tuesday, February 28th). Invitations to the Leadership Summit will be sent directly to district and school leaders, and districts are encouraged to send a team of leaders to the event.
The Leadership Summit is a partnership with the Alaska Council of School Administrators (ACSA) and the Association of Alaska School Boards' (AASB) Consortium for Digital Learning (CDL) project. The Leadership Summit is made possible by the generous support of our sponsors, Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (EED), Apex Learning, GCI SchoolAccess, and Schoolwires.

- 11:30 am-1:00 pm: Lunch with Guest Speaker via Video Conference, Dr. Jack Grayson and Ruth Blankenbaker
- 1:00-4:00 pm: Advocacy and Action
- 4:00-6:00 pm: Leadership Summit Reception
Registration
- Team: Districts are encouraged to send a team of leaders to the Summit, possibly including Superintendent, Principal(s), Curriculum Director, and Technology Specialist
- Process: Respond to the Leadership Summit invitation to reserve your spot
- Pricing: $350/person
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and a Reception (cash bar available)
- Includes: Leadership Summit, free access to the remaining three days of the ASTE Conference, ASTE membership, and an iPad for the first 30 who register
