ASTE's 32nd annual conference and exposition will be held at the Captain Cook Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. If you are a student, teacher, administrator, or technology advocate join us for the year's most exciting exchange of ideas and inspiration.

ASTE's annual conference and exposition is the Alaska's premier educational technology event. Each year nearly over 700 enthusiastic ed tech professionals and corporate representatives from around the globe unite for four days of professional learning, collaboration, and hands-on demonstration of the best new technologies for the classroom, school, or district.

Research

2ASTE has a research component to the conference, and this year we are thrilled to welcome a new collaboration with Hawaiian researchers! ASTE members have a 32-year track record of being innovators and reflective practitioners, and the opportunity to share research with each other is one way we support discourse about best practices. All types of research are welcomed, and let’s get the conversations started! If you would like to share your research project or findings @ ASTE 2012, contact Christa Bruce-Kotrc.

UAA Credit

3ASTE is a great place to participate in professional development that positively impacts your work in education! ASTE 2012 participants can earn credit from the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) campus for participating in the conference and being part of the follow-up conversations and learning activities. ASTE covers the cost of the instructor, so all you have to pay for is the cost of the credit. Registration forms will be available onsite during the conference.
