2010 iDidaContest Rules

All contests have the following age categories

K-4
5-8
9-12
Educator/Post Secondary

All contests have the same prizes

First (for each theme and age category): $100 Cash Prize
People's Choice Prize: TBA

All contest finalists will be reviewed by at least four judges.

All entries must be

G rated.
Free of copyright (Must be an original work).
Conform to the entry guidelines.
Sponsored by a current ASTE member.

Special notes

3 entries per contest.
Any entry found to be using copyrighted material will be automatically disqualified.
Finalists entries will be made available for listening and/or viewing during the ASTE Conference.
Prizes will be handed out on-site at the conference or mailed to the winners.
ASTE reserves the right to use your media for any purpose.
Submissions must be received by Feb. 14, 2010 @ Midnight AST

You must register and/or be registered on the ASTE website.
All entries are uploaded through our online contest management system.

Rules

Movies must be no more than 2 minutes long.
Movies must have a "G" Rating and be in good taste.
Movies must be submitted in the MOV fomat (Quicktime).

iDidaPhoto

Rules

Photos can be enhanced (like auto-enhance) using digital tools.
Photos must be your own original work.
Upload the highest quality image possible.
Do not watermark, add decorative borders or place any other distinguishing marks (i.e. name, copyright) on the image.
Photos cannot possess identifiable information.
Photos must be submitted in the JPG or PNG format.

iDidaPodcast

Public Service Announcement (PSA)

Rules

All entries are approxtimately one minute or less.
Podcasts cannot contain any video.
Submissions must be MP3 format.
