Exhibitors at previous conferences have indicated a desire to assist ASTE through sponsorships to provide additional support to the conference and receive special recognition for their generosity.  As a nonprofit organization, ASTE is always in need of sponsorship of Keynote Speakers, Lunches, Coffee Services, and other conference related materials and services. Sponsors will provide a negotiated level of support in cash with the balance made up of in-kind donations and services.

Platinum

Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $12,000 towards the ASTE conference. 

ASTE will:

• Provide Advertising space on our web-site.
• Provide up to four (4) Exhibitor Booths during the conference (priority selection of booth location).
• Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters.
• Provide up to four (4) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).

Gold

Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $8,000 towards the ASTE conference. 

ASTE will:

• Provide Advertising space on our web-site.
• Provide up to three (s) Exhibitor Booths during the conference.
• Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters.
• Provide up to three (3) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).

Silver

Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $5,000 towards the ASTE conference. 

ASTE will:

• Provide Advertising space on our web site.
• Provide up to two (2) Exhibitor Booth during the conference.
• Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters.
• Provide up to two (2) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service (based on space available).

Bronze

Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $1,000 towards the ASTE conference. 

ASTE will:

• Provide Advertising space on our web site.
• Provide one (1) Exhibitor Booth during the conference.
• Post your banner at the Conference Headquarters.
• Provide up to one (1) Conference Breakout Sessions for you to present your product or service. (Based on space available)

Associate Sponsor

Sponsor will provide a minimum contribution of $300 or in-kind contribution towards the ASTE conference, at the descretion of the Board.

ASTE will:

• Provide Advertising space + hyperlink on our web site on a secondary page.
• Distribute one (1) 8.5 X 11 inch pamplet or brochure placed in the conference bag.
