When?

ASTE 2009 will take place the last full weekend in February, 2009. ASTE activities include two days of pre-conference hands-on workshop sessions on Saturday, February 21, and Sunday, February 22, and two days of conference activities taking place Monday, February 23, and Tuesday, February 24.

Load-in for exhibitors will begin Sunday, February 21 at NOON. Set-up must be completed by 5:00pm. Booth tear-down will begin after closing ceremonies and door prize drawings around 5pm on Tuesday the 24th and must be completed by 7pm.

Where?

This year's conference will take place at The Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage, Alaska.

Registration?

Exhibitors will be able to take advantage of ASTE's online registration. In addition, our registration page allows you to select and reserve your booth location immediately. Visit www.aste.org and click on the exhibitor link to get started.

Cost?

Just $475 for a booth. Booths are approximately 8' x 10' with fabric walls ("Pipe and Drape"). These booths will consist of an 8' back wall and two 36-inch high side dividers. The booth includes one 6' skirted table, one 500 Watt electrical outlet, and two chairs. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Your company name will be displayed on and Exhibitor ID Sign (7" x 44").

Presentation opportunties?

No problem. Follow the Conference 2009 link at www.aste.org to discover our on-line Call for Presenters form for both pre-conference full and half-day sessions, and conference hour-long sectionals. Exhibitors receive at least one conference sectional presentation opportunity.
