Robin Johnson is a life long Alaskan, raised in Nome. She attended Western Washington University where she earned her BA Degree in Child Development and Family Relations. After completing this degree she returned to Nome to start her career as an early childhood teacher. After 10 years as a teacher; Robin became actively involved in Educational Technology as a participant in the ARCTIC grant (Alaska Reform in the Classroom through Technology Integration and Collaboration) She earned her Masters Degree in Educational Technology through the University of Alaska Southeast and has since worked as a Building Technology Specialist and a technology teacher.
Robin currently is the Director of Technology for Nome Public Schools. In her free time Robin enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, hiking, camping, multimedia productions and cooking.
