ASTE Conference Credit Class

The information below is for ASTE21. Stay tuned for information on earning credit for ASTE22.

In addition to attending the ASTE21 Virtual Conference, you have the opportunity to earn 1 or 2 credits from the University of Alaska with Facilitator Tammy Morris. This is a terrific opportunity to join with fellow conference attendees to further discussion and share learning. Your hours attending the conference (minimum of 15 hours for 1 credit and minimum of 30 for 2 credits) serve as the base for the class. During the following month, class participants will read related articles and participate in online discussions to enrich the on-site conference experience.

Tammy Morris is a 21st Century Learning Specialist with 20 years of experience in Alaska school districts as both classroom teacher and district technology coordinator. For the past nine years, Tammy has owned Inspired Impact, LLC, an educational technology consulting business, and for the past three years, she has served as a School Improvement Coach with EED. Her insight into the needs of today’s Alaskan educators and students comes from providing professional development throughout Alaska, serving as AkPLN Engagement Manager with ASDN/ACSA, leading and participating in state-sponsored educational technology endeavors, and facilitating online professional development courses. Tammy currently holds a Masters in Educational Technology as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership.
